If you smell bread around the office, you know Jes is in town! Having been with AOA for nearly nine years, it’s no shocker that she can handle anything media related thrown her way. Whether it is ultrarealistic renderings and graphics for an aerospace company exhibit, helping mold props around media in a real life X-Mansion, or managing and supervising all media elements for a museum - you name it, she’s done it! Jes is a true Swiss army knife of design and production.

With a background in projection mapping, Jes dipped her toes in the water as an intern. Almost a decade later, her expertise in 2D animation, motion graphics, and media production and oversight give her the tools she needs to face any media mystery that AOA faces. Organized, hardworking, and determined, she states “I approach new challenges without fear because of the overpreparation I put into them,” and continues to approach every new media experience as such.

Outside of work, Jes is involved in many unique hobbies, including aerial silks, gardening, volleyball, and more. She’s known to joke that if she wasn’t a media designer, she’d be a baker. And she also can throw down with a yo-yo. A positive force to be reckoned with, and the only reason the office bread machine gets any use, let’s give it up for Jes Van Zee!

A true gift to AOA, both as a whole and to our Project Management team specifically, Earle LeMasters has an incredible background reaching back to his days in the Navy ROTC program at Northwestern University. What's the natural step after serving as a Nuclear Trained Surface Warfare Officer on the USS John C. Stennis? Project delivery for themed experiences, of course!

Since joining AOA over two years ago, Earle has been instrumental in managing several aspects of the Netflix House projects in both Philadelphia and Dallas. His guiding philosophy, which he learned from a Rear Admiral in the Navy, has helped him navigate many challenges: "It's not always about making the right decision; it's about making the decision right."

A bonsai tree cultivator in his spare time, Earle brings a steady hand to all of his work at AOA. But don't let his pedigree fool you - he loves to have fun on the job, too! Ask him about when he swam in the middle of the Arabian Sea!

Meet Jena Dolinar, an Engineer on our Strategic Engineering and Development team. With skillsets across disciplines, she can help with project engineering, technical integrations, mockup support, testing and commissioning, and more. Her in-depth knowledge of all things engineering makes her the perfect candidate for efforts involving ride, show, and facility. Her experience spans all over themed entertainment, having key roles in projects such as Space 220 at Epcot, VidantaWorld's BON Park in Mexico, Niagara Takes Flight at Niagara Falls, and more.

And Jena just recently passed her PE exam, and we are very proud of her for achieving this major accomplishment!

When Jena isn't sprinting to the finish line for projects, she's taking it at an even pace as she trains to run her first marathon. Jena is an avid runner and all around athlete, having played four years of field hockey in college. She still enjoys watching all sports, but is an especially big fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Baltimore Ravens.

Big news from the AOA family!

We’re thrilled to share that Denise Hatcher, AOA’s Managing Director, has been named the next President of the Themed Entertainment Association’s Eastern North America Division.

Denise has served on the TEA board for the past six years, always advocating for collaboration, mentorship, and the creative community that makes this industry so special.

And TEA has also been part of AOA’s story for all of our 16 years, shaping the industry we love, and connecting the people who turn imagination into experience. It’s an honor to grow alongside an organization that continues to elevate our entire field.
