Grace Construction has finished up with the Doctor Bee project in Centerville.

Folks, this is what you get hiring a handyman, a job not done to code. Railings mounted on the exterior of the deck, floor joists at 18 and 24 inches on center with el cheapo Trex enhance decking. This job was a complete nightmare and is what gives all reputable contractors a bad rap.

We removed all the decking, Railings and all framing that was just not usable. We framed joists at 14" on center. Used joist hangers and all required fasteners along with the beautiful Timber-Tech decking with fascia boards and stair risers and treads. Completed the outstanding job by using rdi Railings in clay color with black aluminum balusters. Making this customer happy as could Bee..

Of course the old "handyman" could not be reached for comment as he was in prison for taking people across and for doing shotty work. Folks, ya get what you pay for. Remember this, If you're planning any kind of home improvement project:

Grace Construction LLC has finished up with the Scott Shellenberger deck replacement in East Prospect. This deck was in need of replacement as the existing treated lumber had been rotting and literally falling apart. This gentleman contacted the right company for the job. After demo and framing, we installed low voltage LED lighting and Timber-Tech pvc decking and perimeter fascia boards to match. We installed quality railings from rdi rail. I need to thank my quality subs, Jamie Livelsberger Electrician Magician LLC in Wrightsville for keeping us supplied with GFCI power. Mike at Chick It dumpster rental. My carpenter and helpers, Marvin, Kai, Derek Barshinger. I thank you all. Thanks to PA Building Supply for quality lumber. Thanks to J&L Building Products for the decking and railings. Grace Construction has finished up with the Belcher project in Elizabethtown. Thanks to Bryan Snyder for the referral. I appreciate you so much. I'm grateful to my carpenters and helpers, Brian and Greg and Marvin and Kai. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication to building relationships with us here at Grace Construction LLC.

Here, we replaced all interior doors and hardware, an entry door replacement with a custom fiberglass unit and top quality storm door of full view. All materials came from Pa Building Supply York, a vendor of quality interior and exterior products.
