This customer was having a survey done on their property and needed the back corner cleaned out and regraded.

While removing the brush & debris, RP Dirt & Tree LLC was able to locate the existing survey pin.

The area was then regraded for the customer to place their raised garden beds in the near future.

This project started out as a simple drainage ditch cleaning for this repeat customer.

Although, after discovering numerous failures of the existing schedule 40 PVC going into the basement, this quickly turned into a full replacement.

RP Dirt & Tree LLC replaced both 50 ft runs with 4 inch SDR 35 pipe before adding drainage caps to prevent garbage & debris from potentially entering and blocking the pipe in the future.

Drainage is a CRUCIAL element for an older home with a stacked stone foundation.

This customer was having problems with ice building up near the front corner of the house, and then finding its way in the basement when it melted.

RP Dirt & Tree LLC brought in topsoil to eliminate the low point near the house, while also tying the gutter downspout into a pop up emitter to carry roof runoff further away from the home.
