Sherin & Rishad We, Sherin & Rishad, coach working professionals to EARN through Online Business. We, Sherin and Rishad, originally from India, now residing in the US.

Professionally coming from a healthcare background, the biggest reason we looked to build a business online was to spend more time with our family and to work from home. 14 months after starting this business, one of us could become part-time on the regular job we did for 20-plus years, earn more than our regular jobs, and live a life without relying on the paychecks. Now we provide mentorship and coaching to many across the globe to build their own business and create a solid stream of income online.

“I’d love to start something of my own… but I have no experience.”

That was a concern I could understand completely. ❤️

Six years ago, I wasn’t an entrepreneur.

I was a registered nurse working full-time, raising two young children, and trying to balance all the responsibilities that came with family life.

I didn’t have a background in business.
I wasn’t a tech expert.
And I certainly didn’t have hours of free time every day.

But I was willing to learn.

So my husband and I decided to explore online business and social media marketing while I was still working as a nurse.

I started learning through video training, taking things one step at a time, and fitting the learning around my existing responsibilities.

Some days, I had more time than others. What mattered was learning consistently and putting those lessons into practice.

Over time, that decision opened a door I hadn’t imagined when I first started.

After years of learning and building, I eventually made the decision to step away from my nursing career.

Looking back, I didn’t need to know everything on day one.

I needed to be willing to learn something I didn’t know yet.

That’s why I believe a lack of business experience shouldn’t automatically stop you from exploring something new.

I do prefer income producing activities from home enjoying a cuppa 😂

And I empower & teach my fellow ladies to do the same

Cook money 💰 & food 🍴

So we can do both

Yes we are strong entrepreneur mom's
&
We prefer online business than traditional business

Because we could do it from home 🏠 while cooking for you and enjoying the view 🪟

And 6 years back that was my dream now retired @ 44, I am enjoying that God -given freedom and my mission to show my fellow burned out ladies

In Sherin's session, we shifted our focus to the practical side of digital marketing.

Creating effective ads starts with understanding your audience, communicating a clear message and giving people a reason to pay attention.

It's not simply about putting an ad online.

It's about learning how to communicate with purpose.

Two sessions. Two important skills. One bigger lesson.

Michigan reminded us that the real value was always people. ❤️

Six years ago, when we started building our online business, we were focused on the obvious things.

Income.
Goals.
Growth.

But somewhere along the way, our perspective changed.

We realised that building a business isn’t only about what you earn.

It’s about who you help, who you grow with, and who you become along the way.

For years, we had built relationships with people through screens.

We knew their stories.

We knew their careers.

We knew their goals.

But meeting our US and Canada Go-Getters in person showed us something completely different.

We saw the smiles behind the profile pictures.

We heard the stories behind the messages.

We laughed together.

We shared vulnerable moments.

We celebrated achievements.

We encouraged each other.

And we finally understood the depth of the community we had been building for years. ❤️

Behind every presentation, every training, every milestone and every success story were people who had invested their time, energy, courage and sacrifices into becoming better.

And behind the event were leaders and organisers who spent months making everything possible while balancing their own families, careers and responsibilities.

That changed something in us.

We don’t just want to count commissions.

We want to count people who grew.

People who became more confident.

People who learned new skills.

People who took action.

People who became leaders.

People who started believing in themselves again.

Because that’s what leadership, mentorship and community should be about.

Not simply building a business.

Building people.

And when you genuinely care about the people you’re building alongside, success starts to mean something very different.

Michigan wasn’t just a business event for us.

It was a reminder of the relationships, friendships, memories and purpose behind this entire digital entrepreneurship journey.

As parents, we spend so much of life thinking about the future.

School.
Work.
Responsibilities.
Plans.
Goals.

But sometimes we forget that we're already living the moments we'll one day miss.

That's why we've become more intentional about creating memories together.

Not perfect family moments.

Just real ones.

The messy ones.
The funny ones.
The spontaneous ones.

For us, building a life isn't only about achieving more.

It's about having the choice to be present for more of it.

More family adventures.
