Summer Sessions continue - this Member Spotlight is on Shawn Lawson of Princeton Mortgage.

Shawn shared how Princeton Mortgage simplifies the home-buying process through personalized support, clear communication, and technology that helps streamline pre-approval and closing. He highlighted the importance of understanding each client's comfort level with both upfront closing costs and monthly payments to structure the right loan, including taxes and escrow.

Princeton Mortgage reports that 78% of its loans close ahead of schedule, with many pre-approved loans closing in as little as 2–2½ weeks. Shawn also discussed bridge loans for buying before selling, competitive closing costs on $400K+ homes, and financing options for new construction.

This summer, we've had some exciting presentations amongst our member body.

This month, we heard from Caitlan Becker of Keystone Specific Chiropractic Center

Caitlan presented on the ways in which Keystone Specific Chiropractic Center is different. From requiring xrays for all new clients to ensure the doctors can visually see exactly what is happening with the spine, taking data at every visit, and treating our clients likes friends/family, Keystone strives to bring hospitality to every client who walks through the door, meeting them wherever they are at in their health journey, and walking along side them during their care and beyond, even when our care isn’t the only piece of the solution.

Think the AI story is the exclusive domain of U.S. tech giants? Think again.

Just as the Magnificent Seven have led U.S. markets, seven companies that play a key role in the AI revolution are also dominating emerging markets. TSMC, Samsung Electronics and SK hynix are common names, but lesser-known companies MediaTek and Delta Electronics are also asserting leadership. Tencent and Alibaba have access to the largest market in the world by operating in China.

These seven tech and platform companies are the largest by market capitalization in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, making up 33% of the index. They generally have smaller market capitalizations and lower valuations than many of their U.S. counterparts, but they are generating earnings growth expectations beyond those for the S&P 500.
