AQ Transformers had about 80 Employees and Family Members enjoy a wonderful day at our Annual Company Picnic. This year's event was held at Rural Retreat Lake State Park. The picnic included a fabulous meal catered by Mission BBQ, Games and activities for kids and Adults, door prizes for employees, and an exciting game of Bingo for everyone. A good time was had by all who attended.

At AQ, our employees are very special to us. Recently we started an Employee of the Quarter Program. The Employees are nominated by their peers according to a set of criteria that reflects the Team and Quality mindset.
Our Employee of the Quarter for Quarter 1, 2024 was Scotty Stallard who works in our Shipping Department.

Our Employee of the Quarter for Quarter 2, 2024 is Carolyn Alvaraz, she is the Office Manager at the Roanoke Location.
