Dryer wasn't heating at all when we got the call on this one.

Turned out to be a burned-out heating element — one of the most common dryer repairs we see. Replaced the element, tested the thermal fuse, and it was back to running a full cycle before we left.

This refrigerator wasn't cooling at all when we got the call.

After the diagnosis, we found a failed defrost heater causing frost buildup across the evaporator coils — that's what was blocking airflow and letting temps climb. New heater, cleared the frost, and it's been running perfectly since.
