🎉 Happy Member Monday! The Young Manufacturers Network is here with another Member Minute…

🦾Today, Madelyn Woodley with Mid Atlantic Machinery takes the spotlight to share insights into what her company has to offer and what her role looks like as an Events Coordinator at MAM! Madelyn also recently joined the YMN Advisory Board as Service Chair, so if you'd like to get plugged into serving the community with her, register for our upcoming event at JA BizTown!

Additionally, take a look at SteelTech, a FREE tradeshow put on by the Mid Atlantic Machinery Team in February. YMN will be there with a table, and we'd highly suggest checking out the lineup of events to stop out and learn more!

🚀‘Member Minutes’ provide YMN members with the opportunity to share 60 seconds of who they are, their role, their company, and the what they love about being a member of YMN! If you are a member and want to record yours, contact Abby Wurzbach!

YMN Members get access to exclusive events like our upcoming Industry Tours and Lunch and Learns, our Mentorship Program, and discounts on MANTEC public training courses. Your year-long membership is only $100, or we can tailor something for a crew at your company with an Organizational Membership - just like Mid Atlantic Machinery has!

If you are interested in getting involved as a member yourself, please reach out!

🎉 Thank you to everyone who came out to YMN Friendsgiving!

What an amazing way to close out 2025 together. This year was HUGE for the Young Manufacturers Network:
We passed 80 members
We launched our Mentorship Program
We expanded our Advisory Board
And we continued building a strong community of young professionals in manufacturing!

Every win happened because of YOU — the members, mentors, hosts, and partners who continue to show up, support each other, and invest in the future of manufacturing.

And the best part? We’re just getting started. If you’ve been thinking about joining YMN… it’s not too late! Come be part of the movement — and jump into our final tour of the year at Flex-Cell Precision on December 9.👉 Register here: https://youngmfg.org/event/flex-cell/

We’re so grateful for this community. Let’s hear it for 2026!
