If you operate a food truck, catering business, or any mobile food operation, knowing how to properly dispose of grey water and used cooking grease is essential.

Grey Water is wastewater from handwashing, dishwashing, and food preparation. It should always be emptied into an approved sanitary sewer system—not onto the ground or into a storm drain.

Used Cooking Grease should be collected in a designated container and recycled or disposed of through an approved grease collection service. Pouring grease down drains can clog plumbing, damage sewer systems, and harm the environment.
