JOB DESCRIPTION
Light Condo Cleaning (Ypsilanti, MI) - PT
JOB LOCATION:
Cliffs Pt. III - Grove Rd. (To be cleaned once a week anytime between 8AM-6PM) 2.5 hours or less per week
PLEASE NOTE: This job requires wearing a backpack vacuum and walking up and down multiple flights of stairs.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED:
Weekly
* Cleaning (Hallways/Entryways)
* Vacuum stairway/hallway carpets
* Clear out mailbox holders of junk mail
* Check for and clear cobwebs as needed in and around hallways/doorways/entry doors/mailboxes
*Weekly Spray down of hand rails/door knockers/doorknobs/mailboxes
Additional Cleaning
* Dust railings as needed, but at least monthly
* Dust wall lights as needed, but at least monthly
During Warm Weather
* Clear cobwebs around and on outside of entry door
COMPENSATION: $50 per week
(Payday - Twice per Month on 2nd and 4th Friday of every month) Will be paid by business CashApp
As an employee of Fresh Start Cleaning Services, must agree and understand that:
• FSCS shall provide all cleaning supplies and equipment required to perform necessary tasks
• All equipment and supplies are property of FSCS and shall be handled with the utmost care. Any damage to equipment shall be reported immediately
• Employee shall practice safety while on the job such as holding on to rails while climbing up and down stairs, not yanking cords out of outlets, using caution while handling equipment as not to damage walls, run into people, or furniture /wall hangings in hallways and laundry rooms, etc.….
• This position comes with no benefits and Employee shall be responsible for own individual taxes (May receive 1099 at end of year)
• Drinking, smoking, or drugs are not permitted
• Employee will be required to download Chronotex Timekeeping App AND use for clocking in and out at each location
• Employee releases FSCS from all liability (will sign liability waiver form)
• 2 weeks’ notice required upon resignation
