🏆 LOOK WHO’S OUT HERE CRUSHING IT! 🏆

A HUGE congratulations to our very own Miguel Celaya with EcoEnergy Solutions for being named September Sales Performer of the Month! 🎉☀️

Miguel continues to show what happens when hard work, consistency, and a whole lot of hustle come together. We love getting to celebrate the wins of our BNI members, especially when they’re out there making big things happen in their businesses! 💪

👏 Congratulations, Miguel! Keep killing it!
This is what BNI is all about: building relationships, supporting each other, and celebrating each other’s success. 💚

🚨 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Robert White with Comparion Insurance Agency 🚨

This week, Robert has narrowed down his ideal referral with impressive precision.

He is looking for:

❤️ Anyone with a pulse.

That’s it. That’s the demographic. 😂

More specifically, Robert wants to talk with people who have never heard of a Whole Life Insurance plan and have no idea how it might fit into their long-term financial picture.

If you’re currently alive, breathing, and thinking, “Wait… what exactly IS whole life insurance?”

Congratulations. 🎉
Robert would like a word.

No insurance degree required. No prior knowledge necessary. Just bring your pulse and your questions.

🏆💚 SOMEBODY CHECK THE THERMOSTAT… Daniel Martinez Home Services IS ON FIRE! 🔥❄️

Huge congratulations to Daniel Martinez with EcoEnergy Solutions for earning August Sales Performer of the Month! 🎉👏

Daniel has been out there keeping Yuma cool while absolutely HEATING UP the sales board. 🔥 And considering we live somewhere the AC is basically an honorary member of the family, that’s no small accomplishment. 😂🌵

We love getting to celebrate our BNI members for the wins happening outside of our Tuesday morning meetings, and this one definitely deserves some noise!

So give Daniel a big CONGRATULATIONS! 🥳🏆
And while we’re here… if your AC is making suspicious noises, struggling to keep up, or has decided 78° is apparently “cool enough”… you might want to know a guy. 👀❄️

We know a guy. His name is Daniel. 😎

Congratulations, Daniel! Keep crushing it! 💚🔥❄️

🤝✨ SO… WHAT EXACTLY IS BNI?

You’ve probably seen us post about referrals, 1-to-1s, visitors, TYFCB, and a whole lot of networking… but what does BNI actually do?

BNI stands for Business Network International, and at its core, it’s a group of local business professionals helping each other grow through relationships and referrals.

Instead of walking into a room full of strangers and handing out business cards, BNI is about actually getting to know the people behind the businesses. We learn what they do, who their ideal customers are, and how we can confidently refer people their way.

💬 Build real business relationships
🤝 Give and receive referrals
📈 Grow your business
🧠 Learn from other professionals
📣 Have a whole group of people keeping an ear out for opportunities for you

And the best part?

Only one person from each business category can hold a seat in a chapter. That means your fellow members aren’t your competition. They’re part of your referral team.

Here in Networking Leaders of Yuma, we believe business is better when Yuma businesses support Yuma businesses. 🌵❤️

Curious what BNI is actually like?

🌟 BNI MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Miguel Celaya | EcoEnergy Solutions 🌟

🪣 Quick question: Where do buckets belong?

Outside. In the garage. Maybe holding tools.

NOT sitting in your living room catching water from a leaking roof. 😂🌧️

This week, we’re spotlighting Miguel Celaya with Eco Energy Solutions! 🏠

A damaged or aging roof can turn the next good rain into an indoor water feature nobody asked for. If you notice leaks, water stains, missing or damaged roofing, or you’ve started strategically placing buckets around the house every time clouds roll in... it might be time to give Miguel a call.

Miguel and the team at Eco Energy Solutions can help homeowners get ahead of roofing problems before the bucket collection starts multiplying. 🔨🏡

🎯 A great referral for Miguel:
Someone who has a leaking or damaged roof, suspects they may need roof repairs or replacement, or simply wants to have their roof checked before the next storm.

Because buckets belong outside, not under your ceiling. 🪣☀️

👏 Help us spotlight Miguel this week by keeping an ear out for anyone talking about roof leaks or roofing problems!

🎣 BNI Spotlight of the Week: Michael Ortega! 🎣

Congratulations to Michael Ortega with Southwest Human Resources for earning this week’s BNI Spotlight! 🌟

Michael reminded us that a “case of the Mondays” shouldn’t become a normal workplace condition. If your employees are constantly dreading Mondays, it may be time to cast a line into your workplace culture and find out what’s really happening beneath the surface.

With Michael’s help, businesses can reel in better communication, stronger teams, and a healthier work environment—before small HR problems become the big one that got away! 🐟

Congratulations, Michael! When it comes to navigating workplace challenges, Southwest Human Resources is definitely a great catch! 👏
