Quick question for Yuma.

Do you have a will — or a plan?

They're not the same thing, and most people find out the hard way. A will tells the court what you wanted. A plan means the court never gets involved.

If you're not sure which one you have, that's the reason to come Thursday. 4:00 PM PT, free, 50 minutes and real Q&A.

"So what do you actually do?"

Fair question. Here it is, no jargon:

01 — The Trust. Attorney-drafted, valid in all 50 states, $2,495 flat. We keep your family out of probate. 02 — Retirement income. We turn the pile into a paycheck. 03 — Insurance. We protect the paycheck. 04 — The Organizer. Everything your family needs, in one book. 05 — Business owners. We work with your team and your CPA. 06 — Every Thursday. We teach the whole thing for free.

You don't have to start at the top of that list. Start wherever it's easiest.

Easiest for most people: sit in on Thursday's class. 4:00 PM PT, 50 minutes, live Q&A, nothing to buy.

🚨 Social Security is back in the headlines — and there are FOUR proposals that could impact millions of Americans.

Before anyone starts panicking… these are proposals. They are NOT law.

But the conversation matters.

Social Security is facing a very real funding challenge, and Congress is looking at different ways to address it — from changing how higher earners are taxed to potentially changing benefits and how COLAs are calculated.

So what could this actually mean for YOUR retirement? 👀

I break down what’s being discussed in this video — without the fear-mongering and without pretending we know what Congress is going to do.

▶️ Watch the video, then tell me:

If you were in charge of fixing Social Security, what would YOU change?

Tax more income?
Change benefits?
Raise the retirement age?
Something completely different?

👇 I genuinely want to hear your thoughts.

And remember: don't let a headline make a retirement decision for you.

There's a number in the news right now that's making people do something they can't undo.

The 2026 Social Security Trustees Report projects the trust fund that pays retirement and survivor benefits can pay 100% of scheduled benefits until the fourth quarter of 2032. After that, if Congress does nothing, continuing income would cover about 78%.

Here's what happened next: headlines turned that into "Social Security is going bankrupt."

It isn't. Depletion isn't disappearance. Payroll taxes keep coming in. It's a projected shortfall, not a shutdown.

But I've already had conversations with people who read one of those headlines and started thinking about filing early, just to "get theirs while it's still there."

Please hear me on this. Claiming early permanently reduces your monthly benefit. Permanently. You would be making an irreversible decision about your own retirement in response to a projection about a fund.

Congress is genuinely debating four different approaches right now: taxing earnings above the wage cap, changing the benefit formula, changing how the COLA is measured, and simply creating a commission to decide later. Every one of them creates winners and losers, which is exactly why none has passed.

So don't build your strategy around guessing what Congress does. Build one that survives more than one outcome.

I wrote up all four proposals, what the 2032 number actually means, and six things worth doing right now instead of panicking.
