Today’s featured speaker was Levi Alvarez with Rapid Air LLC, our go-to HVAC company.

He broke down some solid best practices for maintaining your HVAC unit and avoiding costly repairs:

Change your air filters regularly (every 1 month or bi weekly in the Summer)

Keep the area around your outdoor unit clear of debris and buildup

Have your system professionally serviced at least once a year minimum

Check your thermostat settings and make sure it’s working properly and/or get a Smart Thermostat

Don’t ignore strange noises or weak airflow, those small issues turn into big ones fast

Taking care of your system now can save you a lot of money later, especially heading into the Arizona heat.
