🔹 JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to join our leadership team at Orson Resort – Con Dao, a premium beach resort destination. This key role will be responsible for driving sales performance, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
🛏️ Lead room sales strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue.
🤝 Build and maintain strong partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and OTA platforms.

📈 Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with seasonal trends and market demands.
📊 Analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
🌐 Represent the resort in B2B events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
🚀 Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall brand growth.

✅ REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience (3+ years) in hotel/resort sales or business development at a senior level.
Strong network in the hospitality and travel industry (preferably high-end segment).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset, highly goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
