WHERE is our Pu Trim Foam Scrap derived from and HOW to make it into Re-bonded Pu Foam❓♻️♻️♻️
[WHERE] PU Trim Foam Scrap is recovered from factories manufacturing furniture and bedding. ✅
[HOW] The scrap foam is shredded into small pieces, then mix with a chemical. After mixing, compress the mixture into a rectangular mould then pass steam to cure the chemical. In this way, a re-bonding block is made which can be further cut into pieces and sheets. ✅
