Should Overseas Vietnamese/ Foreigners Rent a House or an Apartment in Vietnam?
During my time living in Vietnam, I’ve found that this is a question many people ask. With a budget of around $600 per month, you can rent a fairly spacious and comfortable house. Even better, if you share the home with friends or family members, the cost can drop to as little as $150 per person per month.
In this video, I share my personal experiences and thoughts on the pros and cons of renting a private house versus an apartment in Vietnam. These are simply my observations and experiences, not advice for everyone, since each person has different needs, lifestyles, and financial situations.
