Learning meets action! 🚀 We partnered with UP CAPES for their UPSKILL 2025 event to provide students a glimpse of the exciting learning opportunities and our amazing growth culture at Unilever.

During the workshop, participants explored the art of Data Storytelling— how data can be transformed into powerful stories that drive action. The students also gained inspiring insights from a fellow UP CAPES alumna who shared her leadership journey and how Unilever shaped her career.

Through hands-on activities and real-world frameworks, students didn’t just learn— they experienced what it means to turn insights into impact.
