In late 2024, a major agency asked us to design the 5,000 square-meter Sustainability Area for a Tết festival. 🌀

Our team came back with a bold, future-focused idea: a complete program and system built on real sustainability, not just a temporary fix.

Even though our concept wasn't realized, it shows how festivals in Vietnam can truly evolve for the better.

👥 The original Nối project was made possible by: Thức, Mạnh Huy, Như, Miên Phạm, Huyền Võ, Alex Mai, Tín Đỗ, Đăng Khoa & Mỹ Hoàng.

And this is a condensed version made to enter EU Sustainable Design Awards, and got shortlisted in Innovation category. We're open to make it happen irl *wink*

Đề Thám / Bùi Viện walking street is famous for its vibrant nightlife and chaotic setting.

Our strategy is (literally) simple: using simplicity as a break from chaos.

Covering the entire building facade in red fabric is only the first step in expressing key ideas about space and experience. This concept will continue inside, using installations, craftsmanship & performance art to create a consistent story inspired by Vietnamese historical horror films.

The red facade is reusable for upcoming Christmas & Tet holidays.
