Every service we deliver at Archetype Group, from architecture and engineering to project and cost management, carries the work of an entire team.

Some lead the technical work. Others make sure the people behind it are supported and heard.

Human at Archetype is back. This second edition, our team at Archetype Tunisia (architects, a BIM modeler, a concept drafter, and our HR and administration team) share what they do, why they chose Archetype, and how they work together every day.

Meet Wajdi Ben Abdallah, Salma Driss, Ghiyeth Mrad, Habib Belhadj, Ahmed Kallel, Nesrine Sebai, Zeineb Bali, and Sonia Benjilani. Different questions, eight answers, one common thread: our P.I.E.C.E. values of Proactivity, Integrity, Excellence, Care, and Entrepreneurship.

"Working daily with colleagues from different cultures and professional backgrounds has allowed me to develop a more open, flexible, and holistic vision of architecture," says Ahmed Kallel, Senior Architect Design Manager. For Sonia Benjilani, Human Resources and Administration Manager, it comes down to three words: respect, organization, diversity.

Because behind every building, there is a team that makes it possible.

Energy conservation and efficiency are essential to achieving green certification.

Let's talk about numbers: green-certified buildings can cut energy consumption by up to 17%, with up to 15% generated on-site and up to 100% sourced as green power.

Long before a building is powered on, its energy performance has already been decided. This is one of the first things our experts assess on any project pursuing green certification.

What determines a green building's energy performance?

Three factors are essentials: equipment efficiency, measurable performance gains, and clean power sourcing. At Archetype Group, we take care of all three into every certification project, verifying performance through metering and tracking it from design through operation.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Swipe through to see these criteria in practice.

Since 2002, we've delivered more than 1,500 projects across 50+ countries, on our way to 100% green buildings by 2032. That track record spans hospitality, real estate, and industrial developments.

Archetype Group partners with Green Transition to achieve sustainability commitments

This new collaboration is coming to translate our 2032 net-zero vision into measurable, certified outcomes. The partnership addresses what many sustainability programs need: rigorous governance that moves strategy from commitment to roadmap to implementation.

Green Transition brings specialized depth in ESG deployment and carbon accounting, areas where aspirations diverge from results. Their co-founder, Bao Nguyen, serves as GRI Country Manager for Vietnam and Co-Chairman of the CCIFV ESG Task Force, leading a team of strong experts spanning energy, emissions, waste, and green building certification. This is institutional knowledge grounded in ex*****on and effective results.

The partnership centers on three operational pillars:

First, we are building an ESG roadmap supported by digital infrastructure and carbon-tracking systems that connect directly to our project data.

Second, we are establishing certification-ready reporting aligned with GRI, ISSB, and ESRS standards, with quantifiable KPIs designed to withstand external audit.

Third, we are securing ongoing access to ESG expertise to ensure our objectives remain aligned with ex*****on and market evolution.

For Archetype Group, this deepens how we embed sustainability into design and operations. For our clients, it means green certification backed by verifiable governance and transparent measurement.

Water conservation and efficiency are essential to achieving green-certification

Letโ€™s talk about numbers: green-certified buildings achieve 11% water efficiency, 25% energy reduction, and 34% carbon emissions savings through integrated design deliveries.

Long before a building opens its doors, its water performance has already been decided. This is one of the first things our experts assess on any project pursuing green certification.

At Archetype Group, our water management strategy encompasses rainwater capture and stormwater retention, fixture efficiency optimization, landscape design for water demand reduction, and wastewater treatment and recycling systems. Each element is validated for measurable performance outcomes.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Swipe through to see what these criteria look like in practice.

With more than 1,500 projects delivered across 50+ countries since 2002, our teams bring hands-on experience to every stage of design.

To date, we've delivered more than 100 certified green buildings worldwide, on our way to a commitment of 100% green buildings by 2032.

Our green portfolio spans hospitality, mixed-use, healthcare, office, retail, and industrial developments, supporting multinational and local clients alike.

On September 10th, French President Emmanuel Macron and Party General Secretary and President Tรด Lรขm opened the Vietnam โ€“ France Leaders Forum in Paris, co-organized by Vietnam's Ministry of Finance and MEDEF International.

Our CEO, Pierre-Jean Malgoures, joined the event alongside the top executives of both countries' business communities.

The direction was clear: to build a lasting future in which French companies establish production, R&D, and training in Vietnam. A partnership rooted in shared capability and long-term presence highlighted by the signature of eight cooperation agreements.

Archetype Group has been building toward that same future since 2002, when we established our headquarters in Vietnam: more than 20 years of designing and delivering projects for the hospitality, real estate and industrial sectors The presence of our co-founder and CEO, Pierre-Jean Malgouryes, at this high-level meeting reflected the depth of experience Archetype Group has built in Vietnam

Together with our French and Vietnamese counterparts, we look ahead to the next chapter of this cooperation, and to keep shaping a sustainable tomorrow.
