We are excited to share our director - Dan Bass's recent successful facilitation of Lydan Consutling’s inaugural BOX EXPERIENCE in Vietnam last Thursday (March 20)!

We are also happy to report…it was amazingly well received! As the only certified facilitator of this fun and innovative workshop in Vietnam, Dan was pleased at the reception and feedback from the participants who came from a variety of backgrounds.

The workshop was an intimate affair, with 10 people, all with extensive experience and valuable insights into the Vietnamese market, who were able to experience this solution firsthand. We were pleased at how engaged they all were through the half day workshop, and they all provided positive and meaningful feedback at the conclusion.

It was amazing to see the edutainment (fun learning) where they were able to break through their limiting mindsets and enjoy the benefit of self reflection on their personal development, where they visualized their reflections to help them effectively leverage this heightened awareness.

The BOX EXPERIENCE is a dedicated tool for individual, team, and organizational development, able to be leveraged to foster innovation, drive meaningful change, and build sustainable growth.

When we were young, we were often told to be more creative, to “think out of the box”, but not given much more direction than that. I find that this admonishment is even more relevant these days. “Innovate or die” is perhaps the new catchphrase with meaning being exactly the same. To succeed at business, organizations need to adapt to the ever-shifting BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible) world, and for organizations to be future-proof, they need people who can come up with creative solutions. In short, they need people with the ability to “think out the box”!

While many leadership development approaches attempt to help make the theoretical more easily understood, THE B❒X EXPERIENCE is exactly the right tool for the right job…it is specifically designed to help people visualize the concept of “think out of the box”, to help make the invisible visible while experiencing theory in action.

During THE B❒X EXPERIENCE workshop, participants write, draw, wear, tear, and share their BOX, expressing themselves in a creative way.
