Today’s session focused on hands-on experience in preparing fresh and delicious salad recipes. Participants had the opportunity to create a variety of salads including:

• Cucumber Salad
• Bean and Broccoli Salad
• Pawpaw Salad
• Capsicum Salad

Under practical training and guidance, participants gained valuable experience while developing their culinary skills. The first practical outcomes was fantastic!
