Back home after a short travel to Alberta. The ground is very dry but the garden are wild. Lots of fruits and veggies to harvest.

Our first priority is to hydrate them and give them lots of water.

Then harvest and preserve the produce that we cannot eat.

Some will be eaten fresh. Some will be given away. Some will be fermented, some will be frozen. And some will be pickled.
