​Allowing others to use your name to hold shares, or setting up a shell company to hold land/real estate on behalf of foreign nationals without actual investment or managerial power, is illegal under Thai law.🇹🇭👮⚖️

​⚖️👮 Example (Hua Hin Provincial Court):
A company was found using Thai nationals as nominees for foreign investors. The court sentenced the legal entity to a fine of 10,000 THB and sentenced the foreign national to 6 months in prison.
✅​4 Precautions Before Signing Any Documents:
​Never allow anyone to use your name as a shareholder without actual co-investment.
​Never sign documents without understanding your duties and responsibilities.
​Verify the source of funds and the actual controlling parties.
#​Co-investing with foreigners must follow official legal procedures and be properly registered with the Department of Business Development (DBD).

​The government is moving forward to elevate societal safety with a new official framework, ensuring the deportation of foreign nationals who break the law is handled quickly, clearly, and under a unified nationwide standard. ⚖️🇹🇭📜
​🔎 Foreigners subject to deportation include those who:
​1️⃣ Enter the country illegally: Violating immigration laws.
​2️⃣ Work illegally: Violating foreign worker management laws.
​3️⃣ Operate illegal businesses
Violating foreign business laws.
​4️⃣ Forge or use counterfeit official documents 📄🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
​5️⃣ Commit serious criminal offenses
Carrying a prison sentence of 5 years or more.
​6️⃣ Engage in behavior contrary to public order, good morals, or the well-being of the public

​⏰ Expediting the Deportation Process
The Department of Corrections will provide advance notice 15 days prior to an individual's release, enabling relevant agencies to initiate deportation proceedings immediately.

🚗 DRIVE-THRU 90-DAY REPORTING SERVICE

To enhance convenience and improve service efficiency, Chiang Mai Immigration provides the Drive-Thru 90-Day Reporting Service, allowing eligible foreign nationals to complete their 90-day residence notification without leaving their vehicles.

Required Documents:
• Passport
• Previous 90-Day Notification Receipt
• Completed and signed Form TM.47

Reporting Period:
✔ Up to 15 days before the due date
✔ Within 7 days after the due date

📌 Please remember to keep your residential address in Chiang Mai up to date.

⚠️ Failure to report more than 7 days after the due date may result in a fine of THB 2,000.

Steps for Thai E-Visa (Non-B) application with Thai Consulate in Vientiane

1️⃣​Online Registration: Create an account and fill out the application form at thaievisa.go.th.
2️⃣​Upload Documents: Upload required documents (e.g., Passport, WP.3, Company Invitation Letter, etc.).
3️⃣​Receive E-Invoice: After submission, the system will generate an "Invoice E-Visa Fee Online Payment" (as shown in your image).
​Pay the Fee:
4️⃣​Scan & Pay: Use the QR Code on the invoice to pay the fee (e.g., 2,000 THB for Single Entry).
​Deadline: Payment must be made before the expiry date shown on the invoice (Pay within date).
​Crucial: Payment must be completed BEFORE your appointment date.
5️⃣​Book Appointment: Schedule a date to submit your original passport at the Embassy in Vientiane through the online system.
6️⃣​Passport Submission: Go to the Embassy in Vientiane on your appointment date (Time: 09:00 - 12:00 hrs) to hand in your passport. Pick Up: Collect your passport
​Visa Processing: Wait for approval (usually takes 7-10 working days ).
