Why is it important to employ local people & what are the benefits?
Let's break it down....

When you employ someone who lives locally you are investing in your community & assisting someone to get to work without the expense of transport. This in turn saves your employee a tonne of money in travel & lunch expenses as they can walk home.
It drastically improves well being as they can also get up at a reasonable time to get to work enabling them to have a less stressful start to the day. This also applies to the end of the day routine saving the average person 2+ hours in commute time, add that up over the week. 10 hours saved! Bonus!😁👊
When employees are happier they are also more productive, less likely to have days off due to sickness, fatigue etc. So go ahead employ local & reap the benefits.

Intentional Focus.

Do you have great ideas?
What in general do you do with them? Do you they sit on a back burner gathering dust?
Procrastination is one of the biggest problems people wrestle with.
Here is the good news! Just 10-15 mins a day of intentional focus can get you achieving & completing tasks a lot faster!
Break down your priorities into a small but bite size manageable to do list & when you have completed that, give yourself a pat on the back!! Feels good doesn't it?

You can sit back and see that it wasn't as daunting as you thought! Don't let fear or worry hold you back.

Now you can start planning your next tasks! & remember Rome wasn't built in a day!!
Enjoy some personal care time after completing your tasks.

For great ideas that help you create multiple income streams for your business contact me via Facebook to arrange a 1:1 Consultation. My fees are very reasonable!!

Here's to your success!😁👍

Time Management.
⏰🕰🕛⌚
What do think of when you hear the term Time Management?
If you're a busy working mum, there will be many things at home & work to distract you.
💯🧠✍
That is why it's necessary to prioritise your tasks in order that your quality time with your family is not compromised.

Personal care time for you is equally important.

Many a time I have wondered how to resolve a clients problem/ business decision but with a brisk walk in the park/ woods, sunshine, fresh air ☀️🌝🌲🌳🍁...the ideas start to drop into my spirit in rapid fire succession.💡💡💡🔥🔥🔥

Always do what you can & don't beat yourself up if you've left a task for tomorrow. Most things can wait. Yes really!!

You got this! Have a great day!
