When you employ someone who lives locally you are investing in your community & assisting someone to get to work without the expense of transport. This in turn saves your employee a tonne of money in travel & lunch expenses as they can walk home.
It drastically improves well being as they can also get up at a reasonable time to get to work enabling them to have a less stressful start to the day. This also applies to the end of the day routine saving the average person 2+ hours in commute time, add that up over the week. 10 hours saved! Bonus!😁👊

That is why it's necessary to prioritise your tasks in order that your quality time with your family is not compromised.

Personal care time for you is equally important.

Many a time I have wondered how to resolve a clients problem/ business decision but with a brisk walk in the park/ woods, sunshine, fresh air ☀️🌝🌲🌳🍁...the ideas start to drop into my spirit in rapid fire succession.💡💡💡🔥🔥🔥

Always do what you can & don't beat yourself up if you've left a task for tomorrow. Most things can wait. Yes really!!

They have embossed great colour quality pop ups that you use to decorate cakes!!
