It took a lot of courage to post this, and it’s just the tip of the iceberg, but I believe our past prepares us rather than defines us. This is my personal story.

Most see the professional coach today, but not the 16-year-old in a bedsit with only a will to survive. Growing up was tough; I felt unprotected, Those dark memories are etched in my mind, but they drove me to find a way out.

At 17, everything changed when I joined the British Army.

Why share this?

- To remind you that being 'stuck' is just a chapter.
- Because I truly understand the need to find strength from within.
