After all the experiences of the past few years, an "explanatory film" seemed somehow important to us. Here we could (without having achieved anything) processed a bunch of superlatives and blow a lot of hot air. Of course, we could also have glued on an incredible number of brand logos that we worked for in the past - and prove in advance (with a few tables and cobbled together figures) how successful we are and, above all, how successful we will be. Of course we could have put together all the supercool advertising vignettes for this film and let them slowly fade out into the sunset with a fat pack shot on Chapman's Peak Drive. We could have let cute puppies drive through the picture on snowboards or let the founders speak brave & slowly into the camera. We could have done all of that - but we haven't. We preferred to call John on the east coast and asked him to do something different and develop a creative business solution.
