FireFly Metals Ltd is pleased to announce that its OTC Markets (OTC) ticker symbol will change from MNXMF to FFMFF, effective from 9 June 2026.

The new OTC ticker symbol more closely aligns with the Company's ASX and TSX trading symbol, FFM, providing greater consistency across the markets on which FireFly's shares are traded and improving visibility for U.S.-based investors.

Big land package, bigger potential.

Our 346 km² regional footprint surrounds a globally significant Cu-Au deposit - and we’re just getting started. Recent VTEM survey shows multiple geophysical targets that match the signature at the Ming Mine. They’re drill-ready and we’re funded to test them.

According to a new report by S&P Global, copper faces significant demand pressure driven by electrification, digitalization and traditional sectors such as construction and transportation.

Global is projected to rise from 28 million metric tons in 2025 to 42 million metric tons by 2040, while mined supply is expected to peak around 2030. Without sufficient new mine supply and recycling capacity, the market could face a potential 10 million metric ton shortfall by 2040.

With new copper mines taking an average of 17 years from discovery to production, the long-term challenge is not only rising demand, but whether supply can keep pace. Copper remains critical to electrification, including electric vehicles, grid expansion and data centres.
