Well this roof here had a surprise for me.

Don't you just love surprises 😢
The price tag has just been increased by a minimum of $2000 bucks I just had to order 15 sheets of 4/8 sheeting and I'm sure once we start tearing off the rest of this roof I will need to purchase another 15.
Well back to the insurance company with another invoice

Next project 😩😫 😭

Here are before and after pictures of my most recent landscaping project. These are the pictures I promised.
I'm sure you will see the difference from then to now.
This was a complete flower bed reconstruction and a sidewalk/walkway addition. I had ran into some obstacles towards the end and had to raise the walkway and go over a pre existing water line that the contractors who constructed the home failed to install at the proper feet beneath the ground in front of the houses foundation.
Hope everyone enjoys the illustration of this amazing transformation to this homes curve appeal.

It is truly sad the way alot of these contractors etc are getting over on people. Please by all means hire someone who will get the job done right and will offer some type of warranty on their service's.

This client hired a guy to install a metal roof
(ONLY A YEAR OLD) and half the roof has already been ripped off (screws loose all over the roof) and soooo many other obvious issues that tremendously lessons the chance for this roof install to withstand any significant wind speeds.

You can have the best material however if your roof is not installed correctly it will surely fail and that will be money wasted. This guy clearly took advantage of an elderly woman who did not know the ins and outs and gave her no warranty or guarantee on his service's.
