If you haven’t completed the assessment yet, this is where I recommend starting. The assessment looks at 9 key areas of your business including your vision, finances, pricing, client experience, marketing, systems and growth.

Once you have your results, head into the classroom to dig deeper into what your scores actually mean, where your business is already strong and where there may be opportunities you’re missing.

This is really the starting point for everything we’re going to work on—understanding where your business stands today so you can decide where your time and attention will make the biggest difference.

And don’t worry about getting a perfect score. That’s not the point. The goal is to get honest about what’s working, what isn’t and what we need to work on next.

I recommend coming back and taking the assessment again every quarter so you can see how your business is growing and changing.
