Too often people are asked to fit the service before they're made to feel they belong in it. We do it the other way round. You belong first. Everything good grows from there.

That's what community looks like to us: not a place you earn your way into, a place that was already yours.

If you're a family navigating the NDIS right now, I just want to say something.
The amount you're managing is not normal. The planning, the coordinating, the advocating, the emotional load of having strangers cycle in and out of your home and your person's life.
It is a lot. And it rarely gets acknowledged.

Good support should lighten that. Not add to it.

If you've been looking for a team that gets that, we're in Coffs Harbour and we'd genuinely love to connect and just have a conversation..
