We are pleased to present the last newsletter of the ProBM 2 project where you will find information about what happened in the last phase of the project implementation and what final results we developed.

🎉 On the 29th of March, the last partner meeting of the ProBM 2 project took place. The Final Meeting was held online so that all partners could take part in it.

The main goal of the meeting was primarily to discuss all the developed project results. The partners analyzed step-by-step the Intellectual Outputs (IOs) that are now available to everyone interested in understanding and developing business models in the globalization era:
👉 Analysis of case studies concerning business model design and implementation in enterprises.
👉 Business models training program.
👉 Methodological guide for adult educators.
👉 E-learning platform including the training program content.
Apart from IOs, formal issues related to the completion of the project were also discussed.

The meeting ended with thanks for the implementation of the project in a great consortium, which was very consistent, carried out all tasks very efficiently and conscientiously, had enormous substantive knowledge in their fields, which translated into great high-quality results. Therefore, all partners ensured that they are ready to create a consortium for the next project. Perhaps we will meet again very soon... Stay tuned :)

Dzisiaj chcielibyśmy Was powiadomić, że w tych wciąż trudnych czasach w dniach 25.01.2022 oraz 03.02.2022 udało nam się zorganizować spotkania upowszechniające projekt (multiplier events). Spotkania miały charakter raczej kameralny, ale co zrobić? Miejmy nadzieję, że niedługo to się zmieni.
A nasi goście ... dowiedzieli się o rezultatach projektu ProBM 2. Bardzo chwalili opracowany kurs szkoleniowy dotyczący modeli biznesowych. Tematyka ta jest szczególnie ważna dla prowadzących własny biznes, jak i dla tych, którzy o takim biznesie myślą.
Kurs zawiera bardzo przystępne treści, bez skomplikowanych elementów.
Najbardziej podobał się kalkulator finansowy pozwalający w szybki sposób oszacować opłacalność przedsięwzięcia :)
Miejmy nadzieję, że już w najbliższym czasie odbędą się kolejne spotkania upowszechniające 🙂

On November 17th and 18th, the partners of the ProBM 2 project had the opportunity to finally meet face-to-face in Mondavio, Italy!

The host of the meeting was an Italian institution - Training 2000. All partners involved in the project implementation participated in the meeting.

On the first day of the meeting, partners discussed the main results of the testing phase and the Methodological Guide (IO4). The main functions and features of the e-learning platform were also presented. Participants took time to familiarize themselves with the updated e-learning platform and expressed their ideas. There was a constructive and fruitful debate among the partners. The meeting also focused on the development of case studies to be included in the exercises and the final assessment section.
All partners discussed the existing Business Model Canvas case studies and decided to develop them further. The already developed financial calculator case studies, which will be used in the online simulator were also discussed.

On the second day of the meeting, the project coordinator discussed the upcoming Multiplier Events that will take place after the end of the intellectual work. Then, the necessity to organize another international meeting was discussed, which will take place in Poland in March 2022 and will be the final meeting of the project.

The ProBM 2 project is aimed, among others, at adult educators who are interested in receiving tools for developing the competences of their course participants. We know that in a dynamically changing world when most training courses go online, you often find it difficult to design the appropriate and engaging training, and translating the material you would teach in person into an online course.
Therefore, the leader of the ProBM 2 project, Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz - Instytut Technologii Eksploatacji, together with other partners, implements the i-CONTENT project: A Toolkit for Educators and VET providers for the design and development of online interactive gamified content.
i-CONTENT aims to serve Trainers and VET providers (mainly SMEs) delivering non-formal initial and continuous VET courses who wish to transform the typical classroom led course delivery into an online interactive gamified learning experience (asynchronous and synchronous learning) allowing them to meet current market needs and enabling them to target the global market.

🌎 Online meeting 💻

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the partners' meeting in Lisbon did not take place on the previously scheduled date. However, the partners are still working hard on the project results, which is why an online meeting took place on June 4. All partners discussed the results achieved so far and talked about future tasks.

📣 We are pleased to announce that the Comparative Report, which is the result of Intellectual Output 1 of the ProBM 2 project, is ready‼️

The first phase of the project involved a questionnaire that was designed to gather information about the knowledge, understanding and use of business models in practice. The results are presented in the Comparative Report and will be used for the development of the business models training program for entrepreneurs and adult educators.
