This is how we kick off Monday! Seri Tasripin and Carolyn Chia 谢昭如 supported a team pivoting back to working at the office. As to be expected from creative teams worth their salt, we loved their challenging perspective right at the start to ‘Serious Play’. “What an oxymoron?” remarked the team head 🤣. But soon, we get the teams in flow by connecting their hands to our colourful bricks. We let the power of play unfold new insights and pave the way for the team to connect, share and work in new ways.

Ang Koch and Darwin Sy Antipolo invited the folks to Nestle R&D to put away their lab coats for the day and PLAY!

We had 90 minutes of team fun imagining what Nestle R&D did to make the Cover Story of the Straits Times and what team SuperPowers made it all possible.

Our favourite ice breaker is our Virtual 'Pick a Brick" activity. We asked each person to select a brick that represents their SuperPower. Ang Koch's selection was the LEGO brick #8 the telephone, because her SuperPower is being able to "talk to anyone about anything".

A fun Friday afternoon with the folks at Agency for Integrated Care. We got them to roar around a virtual Singapore map completing challenges within their small teams. Challenges were inspired by the “Amazing Ways of Innovators” such as Empathy, Questioning, Imagination and Iteration. Board design by Darwin Antipolo.
