Vanguard Facility Management Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Fire Safety Manager cm Facility Manager to join our team in Singapore.

📍 Location: Outram, Singapore
🗓️ Start Date: Immediate
📆 Working Days: 5 days per week
💰 Salary: From SGD 8,000/month

# # # Key Requirements

✅ Valid SFSM Certificate
✅ Registered with SCDF — Mandatory
✅ 3–5 years of experience as an appointed Fire Safety Manager
✅ Strong Facility Management experience
✅ Strong knowledge of fire safety and emergency preparedness
✅ Good communication and coordination skills

# # # Key Responsibilities

• Manage Fire Safety Manager (FSM) duties and requirements
• Prepare and manage Emergency Response Plans (ERP)
• Organise and conduct fire drills
• Conduct tabletop exercises
• Coordinate CERT training and emergency preparedness activities
• Carry out regular FSM inspections
• Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety requirements
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and authorities
• Support and manage Facility Management operations
• Handle other FM and safety-related responsibilities as required

# # # Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced professional who can independently manage both **Fire Safety Management and Facility Management responsibilities** and work effectively with clients, contractors and site teams.

⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
📆 Working Days: 5 days per week
💰 Salary: SGD 3,000 per month
📌 Project Duration: Approximately 6 months

# # # Job Responsibilities

• Packing and unpacking
• Crating and preparing items for transport
• Picking and moving items
• Loading/unloading and basic handling of materials
• Keeping the work area organised
• Following workplace safety instructions
• Performing other related duties as required

# # # Requirements

• Applicants currently based in Singapore preferred
• Physically fit and able to perform packing and handling work
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work 5 days per week
• Relevant warehouse, packing, logistics or handling experience is an advantage
