The Greek Oven is a European style Bistro serving authentic Greek food of the finest quality right in the heart of Haiku. Experience an elegant dinner with special menu in a charming ambiance or a casual lunch with plenty delicious options like our amazing lamb GYROS pita and the famous Moussaka. Our menus also offer a large variety of Gluten Free and Vegan options that will delight you. Owner Adonis, a proud Greek, will make sure that you enjoy a unique experience while his Brazilian wife Santuzza, a trained Chef in Italy and New York, with her team will take care of all the details behind the scenes to ensure an unforgettable meal. We take great pride in offering unique dishes made from authentic Greek recipes using the best ingredients, no compromise. We use only fine olive oil, Kalamata olives, honey and other goods imported from Greece.
