A bug has been reported that has prevented some doulas from being able to update their profiles. I'll provide an update as soon as its fixed.

Hey Everyone,
I just deployed a new feature!

Prospective clients are now able to request more information from you via your profile.

Whenever someone submits a request for additional information, you'll receive an e-mail giving you their contact info and their message.

Nearly 45% of our registered doulas haven't filled out the 'services offered' field in their profile!

Hey All,
I noticed that there has been some confusion over what to put in the 'service areas' field of the doula profile.

Most people were putting in geographic services areas (which is what was intended) but others having been putting the types of services they offer.

To help clear up the confusion on this, I've made a new field which is called 'Types of Services Offerred' .

Please log into your profile today to update your listing so that prospective clients will be clear on 'where' you work and 'what' services you provide.

A couple of people have been wondering how to edit their profiles. The short answer is... you can't yet! I tried to decide which was more important to launch first, the ability to search for doulas or the ability to edit your profile and I thought that it was best to develop the search functionality first.

That said, maybe this was wrong. Please like this post if you want me to change the order in which I develop the features.
