AI is not replacing Project Managers. But Project Managers who know how to use AI may replace those who don't.

The real advantage of AI in Project Management isn't simply asking ChatGPT to "write a report."

It can help us:
✅ Analyse project risks
✅ Summarise large project updates
✅ Identify schedule/cost trends
✅ Prepare stakeholder communications
✅ Analyse project KPIs
✅ Support EAC, CPI, SPI and margin analysis
✅ Prepare management presentations
✅ Automate repetitive reporting
But there is one important point:
AI can accelerate a Project Manager's thinking — it cannot replace accountability, leadership and judgement.
The future belongs to PMs who combine:
Project Management + Business Acumen + AI + Leadership
