Role & Responsibilities:
✔️ Identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs
✔️ Provide expert advice on life, health, and other insurance products
✔️ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
✔️ Explain policy details, benefits, and premiums clearly
✔️ Assist clients with claims and policy renewals
✔️ Stay updated with industry trends and insurance regulations
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum Education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent
✔️ Strong communication & sales skills
✔️ Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions
✔️ Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
✔️ Experience in insurance sales is a plus (but not mandatory)
✔️ Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred
✔️ Must be at least 18 yrs
