On Friday, October 2, TLC’s First Friday Forum invites HR leaders, leaders of other organizational units, and their teams to pause together for Connected Leadership: The Science of Healing Conversations.

In this two-hour virtual gathering, we’ll explore how connection begins within us, grows between us, and influences how our teams, organizations, and communities respond to change. Through a simple wellbeing reflection and group coaching conversations with TLC W.E.L.L. Coaches, you’ll have space to notice what your team needs, listen across different perspectives, and identify a small step you can take together.

Bring members of your team if you can. Sharing the experience gives you a common language—and a conversation you can continue after the forum. You are equally welcome to join on your own.

Since 2018, F3 has brought people together across roles and backgrounds to reflect honestly and find a way forward. Our September in-person gathering reminded us how powerful that can be. This October, we open the circle online to returning and new members alike.
