Congratulations to Lucia(12yrs) and Stellan( 10yrs) representing Queensland in the Australian National Swimmimg Championships held in Victoria last week.
Lucia was crowned National champion for the 12 year-old girls 100 m BUTTERFLY clocking a time of 1 .07 mins
(2 years ago Lucia was swimming 1.35 minutes)
Stellan clocking a super fast time of 30.67 sec for the 50 m frs and 1.08 min for the 100 m frs.

It's great to see our technique sessions and hard work paying off.

What a beautiful day at the Bluff to Bar open water swim race at Alex Surf Club.
Happy with results - 1st in age group by nearly 2 minutes
Approximately 1.4 km in 16.22minutes
An incredibly well organised event and generous prizes were a bonus.

Another enjoyable open water Swim clinic at Mooloolaba Beach this morning.
Thank you to the triathletes from Ready to Tri from Brisbane and Gold Coast.
I get a plenty of satisfaction working with lovely people and seeing the improvements.

Leaving Cottesloe Beach and crossing the channel to Rotto.
Very tough and choppy conditions and some navigational challenges along the way. You should be very proud of yourself.
