Charleston Meneko Services International Limited - CMSIL, is a subsidiary of Jamenko Global Ventures Limited. The Niger Delta is an oil producing region, however, it is constantly bedeviled by a lot of challenges, prominent among which are poverty and insecurity. And these challenges are what influenced Mr. Charles Tsefino Meneko to establish CHARLESTON MENEKO SERVICES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (CMSIL), a Niger Delta based indigenous private company which has as its slogan, 'Build the man, build the community'. For Mr. Charles, the Managing Director of CMSIL, a company that operates across board in the oil and gas engineering, waste management, agriculture, real estate, information and communications technology, building and construction, security experts, hiring of heavy duty equipments, land and marine transportation, entrepreneurship, import and export, and general contractors, etc.; its overall aim is to use its presence in the various sectors to meet the basic needs of its clients by providing them with affordable services that would in the long run help eradicate poverty and insecurity from the larger society and, build the man and the community! For instance, in the real estate business, CMSIL is partnering with other private sectors and Non Governmental Organizations (NGO) to build low cost housing units across West Africa that the common man will be able to afford. As a real estate agent, it is into land and property procurement, their development, maintenance, lease or rent, as well as sale. In the agro sector, CMSIL hopes to produce enough food to feed the teeming population in both the coastal and upland areas of the Niger Delta and beyond with price that is affordable. It currently collaborates with some major farms within the nation to ensure maximum food and livestock production across Nigeria that specialises in palm oil produce and its many byproducts such as ethanol, palm nuts and other palm residues. CMSIL is also venturing into the rearing of livestock and production of other cash crops such as groundnut, cassava, kolanuts and vegetables, for both local consumption and export. In the oil and gas sector, CMSIL services include the supply of gas condensate, flow station maintenance, cathodic pipelines protection, supply and installation of valves and headers, pipeline clamping and fittings, underwater welding, and other related services in both the upstream, middle stream and downstream petroleum sectors. While in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector, it provides internet broadband services for cyber security for internet base companies as well as the installation of solar inverters, sales of computers and accessories, mobile app development, and other related services in the ICT sector. Other services include the importation and sales of automobiles, fuel and fueless generators; hiring of heavy duty equipments such as tractors, swamp buggy, dredgers; supply of boats, tugs, barges, vehicles, and the likes, in the import, marine and land transportation sectors respectively. CHARLESTON MENEKO SERVICES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (CMSIL) has executed various jobs, some of which include the supply of gas condensate from Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) to Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC); the construction of a couple of detached 3 bedroom bungalow with BQ for Igwama International Services Limited at Ogulagha (Forcados) in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State; the provision of barges and tugs to convey materials from Warri to Madangho, Ugborodo (Escravos) in Warri South West LGA; the er****on of a 40-block market at Kantu community for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC); grass cutting and clearing of Odidi flow station in Odidi community; the construction of 3 sets of school blocks for Warri South West local government council, and lots more. On its corporate social responsibility (CSR), CMSIL within the few years in operation, has partnered an NGO that provided writing materials to pupils of the primary school in Kantu community in its bid to avail them with what is required to achieve quality learning. CMSIL has also given out financial aids to teachers of the National Association of Itsekiri Graduates (NAIG) an ethnic Non Governmental Organization (NGO) who voluntarily teaches young and aspiring students living around Warri and its environs - to encourage the younger generation to be sound educationally and morally. On the part of its clients, CMSIL rewards their loyalty annually with branded gifts as a token of appreciation for their patronage. But its most prized reward for its clients is delivering efficient services in expected time. On CMSIL philosophy, the Managing Director, Mr Charles has this to say: "I believe that we are in a world whereby people essentially need basic amenities and recreational facilities.
