✔️ Accredited Safety Officer 3 (SO3) under DOLE standards.
✔️ At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, renewable energy, industrial, or related projects.
✔️ Knowledge of DOLE OSH Standards, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety compliance.
✔️ Strong leadership,with strong interpersonal, communication skills and report-writing skills.
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety documentation.
✔️ Can work with minimal supervison
✔️ Willing to be assigned to project sites and travel as required.
