We know that the switch to Sure didn't go smoothly for some customers and we want to apologise for that.
On Tuesday we completed an important milestone in migrating Airtel customers to Sure services, unfortunately, some customers experienced a brief interruption during the process. We’re sorry for the impact this had and grateful for your patience while our teams work hard to ensure everyone is fully supported and services are running normally.
