Problems we are finding - well meaning home owners attacking a wasp nest with chemicals or worse petrol which soaks into the ground and can ignite two hours later because of a stray spark cigarette etc. Goodbye fence. Alternately, people trying to apply a wasp killer and then getting horribly attacked which can lead to hospital. 🚨💥🔥🚒😬

German wasps are really becoming a problem already this season.
Be alert and check under shrubs along fence bases for holes active with wasps.

Wasps are now starting to gain numbers in Christchurch. Keep an eye out around your property for Wasp flying in and out of holes on the ground or foundations or roof cavities ( stand back with the sun behind you and watch around you for a few minutes looking for flying insects landing in the eves, gutters, foundation vents and holes in the ground.

It is amazing what you will see with a look every few days. Don't let the wasps get established. My new email is [email protected].
