Aussies are winning when it comes to gambling.

But it’s a race we DON’T want to win.

It’s devastating real people, real families and real communities.

Something has to change.

"Having Jonno White from Clarity facilitate our leadership offsite was the best decision I could have made to really get the results from our offsite that we were hoping to accomplish.

His style and engagement created an environment that allowed our team members to lean into the process and come away feeling like they had personally and professionally grown through the experience.

I truly got the feeling that Jonno was as invested in our success as we were, and that is rare to find. We have done several leadership offsite retreats over the years, but this one was far and away the best, and we could not have done it without Jonno and Clarity Consulting." - Edward Amey

Thanks Edward for an amazing offsite with your team in San Diego a few weeks ago!

Excited to share that I will be a keynote speaker at the Christian Schools Australia National Business Conference this October!

It's an honor to join this gathering of Christian school business leaders, and I'm thrilled to invest in their leadership context.

Looking forward to engaging discussions and learning from each other's experiences.

Thanks Mark Spencer for the opportunity!

😶 you're a nobody (it's a good thing)

Do you feel like a nobody sometimes?

Ever experienced imposter syndrome?

Have you looked around a room and thought,

"What if these people figure out that I have no idea what I'm doing?"
If so, don't worry!

You're not the only one who feels this way. We all have these thoughts.

We often tell ourselves that we need to be brave or in control of our lives.

But today, I want to remind you that it is okay to be a nobody.

I'm going to repeat that:

It's okay to be a nobody.

There will always be people who are more skilled than us.

People who are more charismatic than you and me.

And everything they touch seems to turn to gold.

That's why Gandalf returned the ring to the fire. Right?

No! It wasn't Gandalf!

That's why Dumbledore battled the one who cannot be named in Harry Potter. Right?

No! It wasn't Dumbledore!

That's why Yoda was the primary protagonist of Star Wars. Right?

No! It wasn't Yoda!

These three stories are up there with the most famous stories of all time.

What's one reason why these stories are so unforgettable?

Because they have an unlikely main character.

This makes the story more interesting and exciting to read!

I invite you to be the hero of your own story.

Your doubts and limitations make this story unique. They won't diminish it in any way.

You have the opportunity to create a remarkable narrative with those you serve.

Embrace these moments; they will be remembered for years to come!

Frodo, you have the power to change Middle Earth!

Harry, you're a wizard! There are Voldemorts out there that only you can overcome.

Luke Skywalker, I'm not your father (sorry).

But I can tell you the world is waiting for you to become everything you're meant to be.

You're changing the world by investing in people.

To all the nobodies (like me).

The 'underestimated' (like me).

The 'unlikelies' (like me).

Let's make 2023 the best chapter of our stories so far!
