1) Prepare and process PO for suppliers.
2) Review the effectiveness of stock replenishment system.
3) Monitor and ensure healthy stock level at all times.
4) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for sales and product analysis.
5) Maintain awareness of market condition, product trends & merchandise costs.
6) Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers for stock purchase and to ensure prompt delivery.
7) Managing the general administration of the department.
8) Involved in the implementation of ISO 9001.
9) To perform any others duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Descriptions:
Providing accounting support
Monthly reconciliation for AP, intercompany balances
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial transaction
To assist in preparing & verify payment, cheques and voucher
Ensure proper filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
Any other duties as may assigned

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
Detailed oriented and able to work under minimum supervision
Have exposure on the AS400 working environment will be an added advantage
