1) Prepare and process PO for suppliers.
2) Review the effectiveness of stock replenishment system.
3) Monitor and ensure healthy stock level at all times.
4) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for sales and product analysis.
5) Maintain awareness of market condition, product trends & merchandise costs.
6) Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers for stock purchase and to ensure prompt delivery.
7) Managing the general administration of the department.
8) Involved in the implementation of ISO 9001.
9) To perform any others duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
