Beginners Yoga & Meditation 4 week introduction course: This 4 week foundation course will give you the chance to combine a gentle yoga practice with learning some basic meditation techniques. The classes are suitable for those completely new to yoga or meditation as well as those with experience who would like a restorative practice to aid relaxation and help manage stress.
