*Age-ability: The overall objective is to improve functional fitness and to enhance activities of daily living. Class includes balance, strengthening and flexibility exercises, most performed standing, that encourage safe movement, increased joint range of motion and serve to reduce the risk of injury and falls.
*Back in Action: Stretching and strengthening movements for the back to restore function, core integrity and relief from back pain.
*Beyond Ergonomics: Do you or your colleagues suffer from rounded shoulders and upper body stress at work? Designed for the corporate setting, this class offers exercise tips and ideas for incorporating core training, flexibility and posture enhancing exercises to the work day.
* Stretch & Serenity: A therapeutic blend of focused muscle lengthening and flowing movements that use the breath to achieve physical and mindful harmony. Each class concludes with de-stressing relaxation and meditation.
*Posture Perfection: Learn a variety of stretches and strengthening movements that will transform your body and improve your posture. Sessions will cover 12 essential movements for better posture.
*Yoga Fusion: A safe and modern approach to yoga that fuses the knowledge of exercise science with the art of yoga. Beginners Yoga & Meditation 4 week introduction course: This 4 week foundation course will give you the chance to combine a gentle yoga practice with learning some basic meditation techniques. The classes are suitable for those completely new to yoga or meditation as well as those with experience who would like a restorative practice to aid relaxation and help manage stress.

*Pilates Beginner Fundamentals: Start at the very beginning, with a focus on form and alignment, movements performed to achieve strong core stabilization. Qualifications:

A recent study has shown that being up on tippy toes with your arms reached above your head not only gives you the best contraction in your pelvic floor, but helps with strengthening the arches in your feet!
