Want a pain-free latch when breastfeeding your baby?

COMMENT “yes” below and I’ll DM a link to view this video in its entirety.

Sore, cracked and even bleeding ni***es (I know!) are the main reasons my phone constantly blows up.

If you only know one thing going into breastfeeding, this is it: BREASTFEEDING SHOULDN’T HURT!

Do you automatically have to assume you’ll bottle feed in the hospital if you have a C-section?

The answer is no.

Of course we’ll see how you feel after surgery, but I have countless clients who have exclusively breastfed after a C-section.

Education is power.

I just bumped into a pregnant mom today who thought a C-section meant breastfeeding probably wasn’t going to happen in the hospital, and that simply isn’t true.

IBCLCs… how often do you hear this from your clients?

Most moms are surprised to learn that you don’t need a huge freezer stash to go back to work or leave the house.

In fact, a small daily pump can add up quickly.

Because milk production is highest overnight, the easiest time to pump is after your morning feeding. Even 10–15 minutes can slowly build a stash without disrupting your baby’s feeds.

Consistency matters more than volume. A little bit every day adds up.

I’m curious — when do you like to pump?

From a lactation consultant’s perspective, newborns aren’t developmentally ready for rigid schedules.

Frequent feeds, cluster feeding, and waking often are part of how babies survive and how milk supply gets established. It’s biology, not bad habits.

Different providers approach this differently, but responsive feeding in the early weeks lays a powerful foundation.

Pregnant and planning to breastfeed?

This is the moment to line up support. Not only is it so much more stressful to wait for things to feel hard, I may not be available.

Most families I work with book me before their baby arrives so they have concierge breastfeeding support ready from day one.

Almost 15 years as an IBCLC.
Thousands of families supported throughout the DMV.

The Jersey Salute is a very effective hand gesture involving only one finger.

Knowing the cause and effect of different feeding choices matters. Being educated matters.

And once you have that information, the decision is yours.

Without guilt. Without pressure. Without shame.
My role is to make sure you are informed, supported, and confident in whatever choice you make.

A past client reached out to see if I could support her with baby number ✌🏻 and even though her little one isn’t due until April, she was very smart to lock me in now.

Here’s why 👇🏻

I’m going to be real with you for a second. I have a high school senior this year, and I feel like time with her is slipping through my fingers. 🥹

So I’m going to make the most of these last months with her at home. That means adventures, trips, and possible college tours and whatever else she wants that has me spending time with her.

We’ll plan our escapades around the due dates I have locked in. Now that I know April 19th is on my calendar, I can make sure I’m in town and fully available for her birth and postpartum journey.

✨ So whether you’re expecting later this year or even well into 2026, the time to connect is now. Returning clients get priority, and my calendar fills earlier than you might think.

Comment “due” to book a call and see if we’re a fit!
