Ohio Ditch & Drainage is currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Laborers or Entry-Level Operators to join our team! We specialize in erosion control, excavation, and grading for both residential and commercial projects.

Competitive pay starting at $18 per hour (laborer) or $21 (entry-level operator with some relative experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with excavation, grading, and erosion control projects

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
