HIGHLIGHTS | On May 2-3, 2026, the Philippine Toxinology Society proudly concluded a highly successful and intensive Snakebite Management Training for the incredible team at Apex Mining Co., Inc. and its sister company, Asia-Alliance Mining Resources Corporation (AAMRC) in Davao De Oro.

Correct first aid is the difference between a treatable bite and a fatality. We are incredibly impressed with the active participation, clinical decision-making, and safe extraction skills demonstrated by the entire team!

Celebrating strength, sisterhood, and empowerment in the Apex Mining Community 💜

The day kicked off with the Women’s Month Symposium led by our ComRel Team, where partner government agencies shared meaningful discussions on women’s rights, protection, and empowerment—from VAWC awareness, Safe Spaces Act orientation, to mental health and gender equality.

The energy soared in the afternoon with the much-awaited Babaye Kabogera Dance Contest 2026—a vibrant showcase of talent, creativity, and the unstoppable spirit of women. Ten teams from our Host and Neighboring Communities lit up the stage with powerful performances and inspiring stories.
