I’ve solved that problem )
This is a butter chicken power bowl. 100% homemade. Shredded chicken in a rich butter chicken sauce, served with lentil and brown rice and a side of fresh summer peas. It comes with my version of raita (yogurt sauce)
It’s got fibre, it’s got protein and flavour for days!!!

Who needs dinner!?

All you have to do with these quesadillas is throw them in a frying pan and toast them up!

Quesadilla are shredded chicken, black bean, sautéed peppers and onion, cheese.

Comes with freshly made pico de gallo, sour cream and homemade guacamole (I will turn those avocados into guacamole at the last minute, so it stays fresh)
